Available Courses In this course we look at the environment and the most important environmental issues faced by society today. This course covers basic strategies about succeeding on our planet: 1) Earth’s hazards and cycles (our restless Earth) 2) The balance of life on Earth (evolution and extinction) 3) Water in our lives (too much and too little) 4) Energy (use and population demands) Global Change (Earth is a unique experiment) Class meets Wednesday afternoon/evening from 5:00 to 6:30 in Leonard Hall Room 100. This course is an introduction to minerals and mineral science. Course categories | GGE Moodle ("GeoMoodle") is a class management system.
